Can I change plans later?⌄
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate any billing differences automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?⌄
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also support bank transfers and invoicing.
Are there any setup fees?⌄
No. There are no hidden setup fees on any plan. You only pay the monthly subscription price.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?⌄
Yes, registered nonprofits and charitable organizations receive a 20% discount on all plans. Contact our sales team to apply.
What happens when I hit my member limit?⌄
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. We never cut off access — overage members are billed at a per-member rate.
